Description

You will analyze business and system requirements for solutions supporting mandatory and management reporting in the banking sector. The role includes leading analytical workshops, creating requirements and user documentation (including test scenarios), and supporting the full software delivery cycle up to client quality acceptance. You will also contribute to pre-sales by providing substantive scope and effort information.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients’ business and system requirements for reporting solutions (e.g., MONREP, FINREP, COREP, balance of payments, BFG, NB300)
• Facilitate analytical workshops with clients to collect requirements
• Produce analytical deliverables: requirements specifications, user documentation, and test scenarios
• Support clients in operating deployed solutions
• Participate in the production process: gather functional requirements, prepare specifications for developers, run internal tests, and support quality acceptance with the client
• Support the offer/pre-sales process with substantive input on scope and workload/effort estimates

Requirements

• ~5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst
• Knowledge of finance and banking
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting regulations
• Understanding of IT system operation
• Relational database knowledge, including SQL
• Ability to run analytical workshops to gather business requirements
• Ability to prepare analysis documents and requirements specifications in banking projects
• English at least B2 (speaking and writing)
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Communication skills, collaboration mindset, proactive approach
