Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to capture and translate requirements.
• Document specifications and requirements in detail.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, and product owners.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Support digital transformation and data analytics initiatives.

Must Haves

• 2–5 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Lead Analyst.
• Strong experience in agile environments, including Scrum, Kanban, and Spotify.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications.
• Solid understanding of business processes and their technical implications.
• Strong documentation and communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the logistics industry.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Python, APIs, and basic programming languages.
