Long-term/full-time Business Analyst role supporting an Enterprise Software Platforms portfolio (ERP and ServiceNow). Remote-first work with possible occasional on-site presence in Warsaw; project work aligned with standard Polish time.

Role Description

Model and document business processes, roles, capabilities, and data; collect and analyze requirements and user stories; and translate business and technical needs into clear business requirements specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements and user stories
• Support Business Experts and Product Owners in defining requirements and evolving software
• Maintain and track requirements/user stories throughout the lifecycle system
• Translate business, user, and technical needs into Business Requirements Specification
• Map business goals, benefits, priorities, and system functionalities
• Analyze existing systems and identify potential solutions
• Support business cases and feasibility studies
• Participate in design, testing, QA, and change management activities
• Design, validate, and test business processes
• Identify opportunities to optimize and improve processes
• Perform cost-benefit and what-if analysis
• Plan organizational changes and implement process monitoring
• Communicate project goals, business case, requirements, and scope to stakeholders
• Support business users in strategic and tactical planning
• Support transition roadmaps for the business architecture

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst (or related)
• ERP BA experience in a large project (>1 year; budget >€1M)
• 1+ certification among CCBA/UML/BPM (or equivalent)
• Higher education in IT
• English C1 (required, with certificate)
• Experience running at least 1 project through the full software lifecycle
• Requirements elicitation and analysis using user stories
• Practical knowledge of BPMN/BPM
• UML knowledge (capability, activity, state diagrams, logical data model)
• Modeling tools experience: Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect (or similar)
• Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation
• Process analysis experience (e.g., Logistics, Warehouse, Asset, Fleet, Financial, Legal, HR, Project Management)
• Experience with SharePoint 2019 / Subscription Edition / Online
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Business analysis experience with ServiceNow (EAM, Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management)
• ServiceNow knowledge for both on-prem and cloud setups
