Description

You will advise customers on building automation solutions and develop tailored designs for pre-sales projects. The role includes supporting commissioning both on-site and online, working with different stakeholders, and delivering customer trainings and workshops. You will also support sales in technically demanding projects and present products at customer events and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical consultation and design individualized building automation solutions
• Support commissioning in customer applications both on-site and online
• Advise planners, MSR contractors, system integrators, installers, and operators on sustainable and smart building automation, mainly for large projects
• Develop and conduct trainings and workshops for customers
• Collaborate closely with external sales, especially for technical consultation in demanding projects
• Present products at customer sites and at trade fairs and events

Requirements

• Completed engineering or technician qualification in electrical engineering or comparable training (e.g., mechatronics technician, industrial electrical technician, master craftsman)
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Experience in MSR/HVAC/ventilation engineering
• Experience with SPS/DDC/GLT, C programming, and fire protection
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style
• Enjoy working with customers and explaining complex components
• Fluent German and good English
