Description

• Capture business requirements from customers and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Develop functional architecture concepts for software products and create cross-product architectural guidance.
• Produce specifications, wireframes, and interaction concepts to drive development and support implementation.

• Attend customer meetings to collect requirements.
• Serve as the interface between customers, business departments, software architects, and developers.

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or related IT field.
• Practical experience with specifications, UML diagrams, and wireframes.
• Several years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or solid IT knowledge in insurance.
• Practical programming experience or strong software development knowledge (object-oriented languages, software patterns, technical architecture).
• Independent work style, analytical thinking, and abstraction ability.
• Strong communication skills; enjoy working with customers and teams.
• Very good German (written and spoken), at least C1.
