Description

Build and improve AI-driven automations and internal tools that save real time in Sales, Recruiting, and campaign support. Integrate systems via APIs and add LLM-assisted steps only where they outperform fixed rules. Evaluate what you build, fix breakages, and enable the team through documentation and training.

Responsibilities

• Decompose existing workflows in Sales, Recruiting, and campaign support to identify where AI and automation genuinely save hours
• Build automations: workflows, API connections between systems, and LLM-assisted steps when they provide measurable advantage
• Develop and extend internal software solutions using AI-assisted development tools, with fast prototyping and maintainable quality
• Roll out new tools to the team: train colleagues, collect feedback on issues, and iterate improvements
• Continuously review new tool capabilities, assess their value for the organization, and focus on what truly works

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build an automation, internal tool, or project that is already productive
• Safe, confident use of AI development tools and LLM APIs
• Basic understanding of APIs, data formats, and automation platforms; comfortable working with incomplete documentation
• Ability to assess solutions you built (what breaks, what’s missing, what needs cleanup)
• Very good German skills in speech and writing (minimum C1)
• Ability to work with specialist departments to determine real needs
