Description

You will introduce new assembly production lines and equipment—from validation through final start-up—supporting equipment tuning with suppliers and technology centers. The role also drives technical line improvements, monitors equipment health to minimize downtime, and analyzes failures to implement preventive actions. You will create and manage technical documentation aligned with MES and internal standards, and support/coordinate technicians.

Responsibilities

• Implement new production lines and equipment (validation to final start-up)

• Collaborate with suppliers and technology centers for equipment tuning and production ramp-up

• Plan and execute technical improvements for production lines

• Increase manufacturing efficiency (automation, Lean approaches, higher throughput/UPH)

• Monitor equipment status, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime (target under 2%)

• Analyze breakdowns and introduce preventive measures

• Create and manage technical documentation per MES and internal standards

• Support, train, and coordinate the technicians’ team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (min. Bc.) in automation, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automation, machines, production, or maintenance

• Hands-on experience developing with Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal)

• Practical ability to work with technical documentation (PDM knowledge is a plus)

• Proactive and responsible problem-solving mindset
