Description

You will support business departments with 2nd and 3rd level assistance for business applications by handling technical and process-related requests. You will help run a central ERP environment, perform error analysis, support optimizations, operate a DMS with reliable document and archiving processes, and ensure smooth printing and document output. Optionally, you may take over roles and rights administration to contribute to a secure system and process landscape.

Responsibilities

• Provide Second- and Third-Level Support for Business Applications and resolve technical and process-related requests
• Participate in operating the central ERP environment; conduct error analysis and contribute to optimizations
• Operate the Document Management System (DMS) and ensure functional document and archiving processes
• Ensure smooth printing and document output in output management
• Optionally manage roles and rights administration to support system and process security

Requirements

• Completed education in IT or business/commercial fields (e.g., Fachinformatiker/in, IT-Kaufmann/-frau) or comparable qualification
• First to multi-year experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (or a comparable solution)
• Good understanding of business operations; process-oriented mindset
• Enjoy supporting users, explaining issues, and finding solutions together
• Team spirit, communication skills, and willingness to take responsibility
• Good German skills in speaking and writing; English is an advantage
