Description

You will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies. You will build and optimize Power Apps and Power Automate processes, lead projects from requirements analysis through production rollout, and maintain existing solutions. The role also includes using AI to improve business processes and providing training and mentoring for users and teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications in Microsoft Power Apps
• Create and optimize business process workflows using Power Automate
• Run automation projects end-to-end (from requirements analysis to production implementation)
• Monitor, maintain, and improve existing automation solutions
• Use AI technologies to enhance business processes
• Conduct trainings, workshops, and mentoring for users and teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Define standards and best practices for automation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience designing and implementing solutions automating business processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI or Machine Learning projects
• Experience leading trainings and workshops
• Knowledge of Power BI, RPA, Azure, and cloud technologies
• Experience designing solution architecture, including AI-based solutions
• Ability to prepare and perform tests for automated processes
• Very good communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (IT, Computer Science, or related)
• Microsoft Power Platform, AI, or ML certifications are a plus
