Description

You will provide technical support with a strong focus on customer assistance in direct contact. The role requires a high level of software-related technical understanding and good knowledge of servers and operating systems. You will also learn the specific software structures of Dr. Flex.

Requirements

• Perfect German
• Teamwork and social competence
• Experience in direct customer contact
• High technical understanding in the software domain
• Good knowledge of servers (Windows + Linux)
• Willingness to learn, especially Dr. Flex software structures
• Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Apple operating systems
• IT training/education (preferred)
• 1 year IT experience (preferred)
• 1 year support experience (preferred)
