Description

Provide IT support for hardware and software issues by handling requests via phone, email, and a ticketing system. Configure and set up workstations, endpoints, and peripherals, document troubleshooting steps, and support the upkeep and improvement of the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process support requests via phone, email, and the ticketing system
• Support users with hardware and software topics
• Set up and configure workstations, endpoints, and peripherals
• Document activities in the ticketing system
• Contribute to maintaining and developing the IT infrastructure

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing IT training or equivalent qualification (career changers welcome if you have demonstrable technical interest)
• Basic understanding of Windows systems, networks, and common Office software
• Enjoy communicating and helping end users
• Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and patience
• Very good German; English is an advantage
