Description

You’ll provide reliable IT support for end devices, software applications, and daily digital workflows. In addition to helping colleagues with technical questions, you’ll keep digital data records and documents up to date, digitize and organize paperwork, and support administrative tasks in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain end devices, software applications, and digital processes

• Support colleagues with everyday technical questions

• Maintain and update digital data sets and documents

• Digitize, sort, and structure documents and receipts

• General administrative support in day-to-day business

Requirements

• Basic understanding of computers, Windows systems, and common software

• Enjoy working with digital tools and show willingness to learn new things

• Careful, structured, and reliable working style

• Good German communication skills in speech and writing

• IT training or prior knowledge is welcome but not required; career changers are welcome
