Description

You will be part of a small team providing support for users of the GINIS Express system.

Your work includes helping and advising customers, configuring and installing the system according to client needs, and sharing updates in collaboration with analysts, methodologists, and developers. After you gain strong system knowledge, you can also lead trainings and become a recognized expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide help and guidance to customers

• Configure and install GINIS Express based on customer requirements

• Share product updates and provide useful information to help users get the most out of the system

• Collaborate with analysts, methodologists, and developers to support customers

• Grow into a recognized expert and lead trainings (after onboarding)

Requirements

• Technical or accounting mindset (experience with economic software support/installation is ideal)

• Communicative and patient; able to listen and calmly explain the correct procedure

• Willingness to learn; adapt to changing legislation and continuous system improvements

• Experience with GINIS, accounting, and/or public administration work is an advantage (not required)
