• Salary: 44,000–48,000 CZK gross per month (full-time, based on seniority)

Description

You will support employees with technical issues, communicate with IT users across offices in the Czech Republic (including remotely), and train users on new technologies. You will also automate and optimize IT processes and configure devices for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice to employees
• Support users at regional offices across the Czech Republic and at the headquarters (in person and remotely)
• Train users to use new technologies
• Automate and optimize IT processes
• Configure and prepare computers, phones, routers, printers, and other equipment for rollout
• Travel occasionally to offices if needed

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT and willingness to keep learning
• Driver’s license category B
• Friendly demeanor and patience when helping users
• Advanced knowledge of Windows workstations, Office 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of computer network topology
• Czech and English at a good level in both written and spoken form
• Independent and reliable work style (the role is not junior)
