Description

You will support customers on the client line, helping them with all features and settings of the hotel system. You will present product updates through online webinars, during in-person client sessions, and by participating in conferences. The role also involves troubleshooting-oriented curiosity and comfort with technical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients and explain system capabilities
• Advise clients on functions and configuration settings
• Present new features/updates in webinars, on-site at client locations, or at conferences

Requirements

• Completed secondary education
• Client-oriented approach and strong communication skills
• Ability to listen and react appropriately to customer situations
• Preference for people-focused work
• Confident phone-based communication
• Ability to manage and organize your own time and tasks
• Enthusiasm for modern technologies
• Advanced computer skills
• Advantage: knowledge of hotel systems or experience with Previo
• Czech or Slovak fluency at native-speaker level
