Description

You will manage and support economic information systems (EKIS) and related internal applications while ensuring smooth operation across the organization. You will analyze user needs, propose system solutions, coordinate changes, and communicate with vendors, developers, and external partners. The role also includes advanced use of MS Excel for data work and contributing to digitization and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support EKIS and related applications
  • Ensure reliable operation of internal systems and handle user requests
  • Analyze user needs and design appropriate system solutions
  • Participate in development, modifications, and implementation of information systems
  • Communicate with IT vendors, developers, and external partners
  • Coordinate requests and verify implemented changes
  • Use MS Excel advanced capabilities for data work
  • Prepare data outputs and reports
  • Collaborate on digitization and streamlining internal processes
  • Basic orientation in IT infrastructure and networks management

Requirements

  • Technical education (secondary or university technical field)
  • Experience with administration of information systems or applications
  • Ability to understand user needs and convert them into requirements
  • Capability to independently analyze problems and propose solutions
  • Strong communication with users and technical suppliers
  • Experience working with data and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent Czech language proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Interest in new technologies and digitalization
  • Willingness to provide exceptional support outside normal working hours (e.g., planned updates/maintenance)
  • Careful, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team
