Description

Provide technical and end-user support focused on resolving user requests and incidents, especially for hardware and software. Handle requests through a servicedesk application, maintain and deploy computers/laptops, and install/manage devices in domain and cloud environments. Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team and communicate directly with users.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register requests in a servicedesk application
• Resolve user requests and incidents within your expertise, especially HW and SW
• Work with the IT infrastructure team on technical requests and incidents
• Full lifecycle support for hardware: select and install new computers/laptops, maintain, diagnose, and participate in inventory
• Install and manage devices in a domain environment (Active Directory) and in cloud environments
• Provide technical support through direct communication with users

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Solid knowledge of IT technologies, especially cloud and on-premise environments (MS Cloud, Active Directory)
• Knowledge of hardware (PCs, laptops, printers)
• Knowledge of software (Windows, Microsoft 365 and common office applications)
• Czech language proficiency in speech and writing (native speaker level)
• English proficiency sufficient to understand technical documentation
• Communication and organizational skills, reliability, thoroughness, and proactive approach
• Ability to independently organize work and reliably complete assigned tasks
• Friendly and patient approach to users and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to learn new technologies and pursue professional development
