Description

Manage IT projects end-to-end across the complete lifecycle and scope. Establish project controls to ensure milestones and deliverables are on time and within scope, while controlling quality and communicating issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies. Produce project management artifacts such as plans, logs, and schedules, and present technical reports and project presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects effectively and efficiently across the complete lifecycle and scope

• Establish and manage project controls to meet milestones and deliver project products on time

• Assure and control the quality of project deliverables

• Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies

• Liaise with the Project Board and other key stakeholders

• Assign and control tasks; authorize work packages; balance priorities and workload; motivate team members

• Plan and control delivery processes for project products

• Manage effective communication within the project and with the external project environment

• Produce project management products (plans, logs, schedules) and define responsibilities of involved parties

• Prepare and present oral and written technical reports and project presentations

• Organize and conduct project meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Project Manager position

• Master’s degree

• At least 1 certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP, PM2 Agile, or an equivalent internationally recognized certification accepted by the Contracting Authority

• English level C1 confirmed by certificate or willingness to take the exam

• Experience leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as Project Manager

• Knowledge and experience applying project management methodologies and methods

• Knowledge and experience applying Agile methodologies

• Thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs

• Excellent communication skills, including producing high-quality written materials and presentations

• Strong problem-solving skills and leadership

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and work effectively in varied situations

• Experience managing team work with Azure DevOps (and/or ServiceNow SPM Agile boards)

• Client-oriented; experienced in business stakeholder management

• Experience managing projects using Microsoft technologies: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse

• Experience managing projects using ServiceNow technologies: custom applications and standard ServiceNow modules such as Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Porfolio Management, Customer Service Management (on-prem and cloud)

• Good knowledge of cyber security requirements and personal data privacy functional/security requirements
