Description

Manage IT projects in the energy sector, including coordination of project teams and integration of industry solutions into the existing IT environment. Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects related to industry solutions and their integration with the IT environment
• Coordinate project team activities
• Collaborate with internal clients and external suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, within scope, and to the expected quality
• Run projects according to organizational standards
• Maintain and update the project document repository
• Maintain and update project registers (issues, risks, changes, and meetings)
• Prepare recurring status reports, summaries, and presentations
• Monitor and reconcile project budgets
• Monitor usage of the project team’s time
• Ensure proper circulation of project documentation per the communication plan and internal regulations
• Delegate project tasks and monitor their execution
• Identify and resolve ongoing project problems

Requirements

• Higher education in a technical or economics profile (or equivalent general higher education with relevant specialization, e.g., postgraduate, or documented training/courses in project management/IT management/economics)
• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects
• Very good communication and analytical abilities
• Developed interpersonal skills and ease in building relationships
• Independence in diagnosing and resolving project problems
• Ability to delegate and hold teams accountable for project tasks
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint
• Knowledge of project management methodologies confirmed by at least one certificate at PRINCE2 Foundation level or equivalent
• Ability to work under stress and in a changing environment
