Description

Manage end-to-end IT projects from initiation to closure in the ServiceNow/SharePoint domain. You will oversee milestones, quality, scope changes, risk management, and team coordination, while collaborating closely with the Project Board and business stakeholders. You will also create and present project management artifacts and technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle (initiation to closure), define roles, and deliver business objectives

• Monitor milestones, ensure timely delivery, control quality, and register changes

• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, deviations, and crisis situations

• Assign and authorize tasks, set priorities, balance workload, and motivate the team

• Run project meetings and maintain ongoing communication with the Project Board, stakeholders, and vendors

• Produce governance artifacts (plans, schedules, registers) and prepare/present technical reports

Requirements

• Higher education

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience; minimum 3 years as a PM

• Documented experience leading at least one medium or large ICT project

• Minimum one certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PM² Agile, or an equivalent internationally recognized certificate

• Very good English (at least C1) in speech and writing

• Practical knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, plus experience managing team work with Azure DevOps and/or ServiceNow SPM Agile boards

• Experience with Microsoft environments: SharePoint 2019 (SE/Online), Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse

• Experience with ServiceNow: Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, CSM, and dedicated applications in cloud and on-premise

• Good knowledge of cybersecurity requirements and personal data protection

• Strong leadership, communication, customer orientation, flexibility, and effective problem-solving
