Description

You will manage IT projects throughout the full lifecycle, from conceptual and discovery phases to deployment and project closure. You will handle day-to-day client and business communication, keep expectations aligned, and support smooth Agile team workflow. You will also own project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, while managing risks and scope changes to ensure high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end IT project management across the full project lifecycle

• Manage daily client communication, progress reporting, and expectation management

• Facilitate Agile events and remove blockers to ensure smooth team workflow

• Define and oversee schedules, budgets, and resource plans

• Identify risks, respond to scope changes, and ensure solution quality and consistency

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager (software house environment is a plus)

• Hands-on knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile tooling

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Proven commercial delivery of web or mobile application development projects

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle; ability to discuss architecture, technical concepts, and estimations with developers

• Strong interpersonal skills: self-organization, empathy, assertiveness, and conflict resolution

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
