Description

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform by translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations, and develop supporting platform components such as custom applications, scripts, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.

• Develop and maintain custom applications, scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other platform components

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience with ServiceNow development

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification OR completion of the Architecture Excellence (ArchX) program (including prerequisites required to pursue CTAStrong)

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices

• Ability to design scalable and maintainable technical solutions

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience working in complex ServiceNow environments
