Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence. You will architect scalable ServiceNow architectures across modules, set standards for development/integration/governance (quality, security, performance), and design for AI to advance ServiceNow’s AI agenda. You will also guide engineers and collaborate with clients and partners to translate requirements into impactful implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using the latest platform capabilities
• Guide engineers and developers; foster collaboration, growth, and continuous learning
• Manage practice consultancy artifacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow and other partners to understand needs and translate them into scalable architectures
• Architect and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules and build EPAM IP
• Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance (quality, security, performance)
• Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities (campaigns, events) and organize ServiceNow Townhalls/Sales Bootcamps/“SNUGs” for knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 12+ years of ServiceNow expertise with a proven record delivering enterprise-grade solutions
• Strong capability to tackle complex problems in fast-paced environments
• Leadership qualities that build trust and drive change within teams
• Lifelong learning mindset and staying current with industry trends
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+ level)
