Description

Design and implement tailored, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM). Support technical offers and project estimations, define optimal architectural solutions, and assess/report technical risks. Create documentation and presentations (functional designs, technical specifications, integration documentation) and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver ServiceNow strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on client needs
• Support creation of technical offers and project estimations
• Define technological and architectural solutions
• Identify, predict, and report technical risks
• Prepare documentation and presentations (functional designs, technical specifications, integration documentation)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Support definition and development of ServiceNow service strategy

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Minimum 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role
• Very good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and products
• Hands-on experience with at least three ServiceNow modules
• Consulting experience for ITSM tools implementation
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools
• Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles
• English fluency (written and spoken)
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Residing in Poland
