Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, translating client needs into unified, scalable architectures. You will guide engineers, set standards for ServiceNow development and integration (including governance, quality, security, and performance), and drive AI-focused capabilities in ServiceNow projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that improve business performance and enable clients to work smarter, faster, and better
• Leverage the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
• Guide engineers and foster a collaborative, growth-focused culture
• Manage ServiceNow practice consultancy artifacts in a Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow partners and clients to understand requirements and produce scalable ServiceNow architectures
• Architect and design products/solutions using ServiceNow modules and build EPAM IP
• Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance
• Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing and knowledge-sharing activities (campaigns, events, townhalls, Sales Bootcamps/“SNUGs”)

Requirements

• 12+ years of deep ServiceNow expertise with a proven track record of enterprise-grade delivery
• Ability to tackle complex problems in fast-paced environments
• Natural leadership and ability to inspire teams
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2+ level)
