Description

Design, implement, and extend ServiceNow solutions to digitize and optimize business processes. Build and improve workflows and automations using ServiceNow platform features and integrations, while translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure quality and stability through code reviews, testing, release management, and 3rd-level support for complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Conception, design, and implementation of new ServiceNow solutions, applications, workflows, and automations

• Development and enhancement of ServiceNow modules using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, integrations, and other platform features

• Analysis of business requirements and translation into technical solutions

• Quality and stability assurance via code reviews, testing, release management, and handling complex 3rd-level support requests

• Continuous ServiceNow platform improvement by identifying automation and standardization potential and implementing innovative solutions to increase efficiency and user experience
