• Role: Senior ServiceNow Architect

Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions using the latest platform capabilities. You’ll architect scalable ServiceNow architectures across modules, set standards for development/integration/governance, and drive an AI agenda in ServiceNow projects. You’ll also mentor engineers, collaborate with clients and partners, and manage practice consultancy artifacts in the Knowledge Base.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that improve business operations

• Leverage the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities to deliver transformative outcomes

• Guide engineers and developers to foster collaboration, growth, and continuous learning

• Manage practice consultancy artifacts in the Knowledge Base

• Collaborate with ServiceNow, other partners, and clients to understand needs and translate them into scalable architectures

• Architect products and solutions using ServiceNow modules and build reusable EPAM IP

• Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance (quality, security, performance)

• Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects

• Support marketing activities and organize ServiceNow knowledge-sharing events (Townhalls, Sales Bootcamps/“SNUGs”)

Requirements

• 12+ years of ServiceNow expertise and experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in fast-paced, dynamic environments

• Natural leadership skills and ability to inspire and drive change in teams

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) highly desirable

• Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2+ level)
