Description

Design, build, and optimize enterprise workflow solutions across the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, platform architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, robust, and maintainable capabilities. Lead key technical initiatives spanning custom app development, integrations, and automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, or custom Scoped Applications)
• Build scalable integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Scripted REST APIs
• Partner with Certified Technical Architects (CTAs) and Enterprise Architects to align solutions with ServiceNow best practices and OOTB principles
• Configure Service Portals, Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Service Catalog items
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, system upgrades, and platform performance optimization
• Drive automated testing (ATF) and CI/CD deployment workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer in complex enterprise environments
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• CTA or ArchX certification pursuit or completion is preferred
