Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, shaping scalable architectures using the latest platform capabilities and driving governance, integration, and performance. Collaborate with clients and partners to translate business needs into ServiceNow products, including AI-enabled delivery. Mentor engineers and support knowledge-sharing activities through practice and internal events.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that improve business excellence
• Use latest ServiceNow platform capabilities to deliver transformative outcomes
• Guide ServiceNow engineers and developers; foster collaboration and continuous learning
• Manage practice consultancy artifacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, other partners, and clients to gather requirements and build scalable architectures
• Architect and design solutions using ServiceNow modules and build reusable EPAM IP
• Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance (quality, security, performance)
• Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities (campaigns, events)
• Organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/“SNUGs” to share knowledge and achievements

Requirements

• 12+ years of ServiceNow expertise and a proven record delivering enterprise-grade solutions
• Ability to solve complex problems and thrive in dynamic environments
• Leadership qualities that inspire trust and drive team performance
• Highly desirable ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
