Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, translating client needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures and delivering transformative outcomes using the latest platform capabilities. You will guide engineers and set standards for development, integration, governance, and non-functional quality areas (security and performance), while driving AI-related initiatives in ServiceNow projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that improve business excellence and help clients work smarter and faster

• Use the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities to deliver transformative results

• Guide engineers and developers and foster collaboration, growth, and continuous learning

• Manage practice consultancy artifacts in a knowledge base

• Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners, and clients to understand requirements and create scalable architectures

• Architect and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules and build EPAM IP

• Establish standards for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance with a focus on quality, security, and performance

• Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects

• Support marketing activities (campaigns, events)

• Organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/“SNUGs” to share knowledge and achievements

Requirements

• 12+ years of deep ServiceNow expertise and a proven track record delivering enterprise-grade solutions

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) highly desirable

• Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2+ level)
