Description

Shape end-to-end enterprise architecture and scalable, high-quality software solutions with AI-native teams. Partner with customers and delivery teams to translate business use cases into clear solution requirements, transition roadmaps, and governed implementation plans. Lead pre-sales, technical guidance, architecture reviews, prototypes/POCs, and oversee delivery through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify solution requirements and key use cases
• Participate in enterprise governance processes (e.g., ARB)
• Support pre-sales: RFP processing, proposals, and early client communication
• Analyze existing applications and develop asset migration, transformation, and automation roadmap
• Assess financial implications of decision options
• Design prototypes/POCs and produce detailed architecture documents
• Define and drive architecture governance strategy (automation, security, implementation, operations)
• Provide technical guidance on cloud, hybrid, and on-prem solution design and cost-control best practices
• Conduct architecture reviews/audits and deliver reports
• Run client meetings/workshops and governance events onsite (with travel)
• Oversee solution implementation from requirements to go-live
• Provide technical support and oversee engineering efforts
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Proficiency linking business outcomes to KPIs/OKRs and benefits realization
• Ability to define current-state vs target-state architectures and multi-quarter transition roadmaps
• Practical understanding of software architecture patterns, solution architecture design methods, integration, and development
• Experience across the software development life cycle (e.g., Agile, Scrum, RUP)
• Design knowledge of CI/CD, security automation (SAST/DAST), and IT operations automation (AIOps)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive architecture leadership
• Ability to present technical concepts in a business-friendly manner
• Collaboration across technical and business stakeholders
• Proven track record as a technical advisor for clients on what to do and what to avoid
• Ability to learn and reuse business domain knowledge across popular domains
• Fluent English
• Solid hands-on development experience with Java, .NET, or Python (full stack a plus)
• Expertise in cloud technologies and cloud migration strategies; experience building cloud-native solutions with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Knowledge of microservices architecture patterns, APIs, integration, and containerization (plus)
• Hands-on GenAI solution design/development (advantage)
• Production experience in domains such as Financial Services, Retail, Life Sciences, or Healthcare
• Understanding of Digital/IT transformation and Business Architecture concepts (BizBoK/TOGAF best practices)
• At least 8 years of hands-on architecture experience for large software systems
