Description

As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions that enable enterprise clients to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. You will collaborate with peers across cloud, data, and AI practices to shape intelligent workflows and scalable enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence and empower clients
• Leverage the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
• Guide engineers and developers, fostering collaboration, growth, and continuous learning
• Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, other partners, and clients to understand needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow architectures
• Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules, building EPAM intellectual property
• Set the standard for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance (quality, security, performance)
• Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events
• Organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/“SNUGs” to share knowledge and achievements

Requirements

• 12+ years of successfully delivering complex ServiceNow projects across multiple domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices
• Effective communication, leadership by influence, and enjoyment of mentoring and growing talent
• Creative problem-solving mindset
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others—desirable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
