Description

Join a ServiceNow practice as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. Collaborate with peers across cloud, data, and AI practices to shape intelligent workflows and scalable enterprise architectures that elevate how clients operate.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence
• Use the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
• Guide engineers and developers; foster collaboration, growth, and continuous learning
• Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, other partners, and clients to understand needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow architectures
• Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules, building intellectual property
• Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance to ensure quality, security, and performance
• Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events
• Help organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/"SNUGs" to share knowledge and achievements

Requirements

• 12+ years track record delivering complex ServiceNow projects across multiple domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices
• Effective communication; ability to lead with influence and enjoy mentoring and growing talent
• Creative problem-solving approach to complex challenges
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) — desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
