Description

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions that enable enterprise clients to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. Collaborate with peers across cloud, data, and AI practices to shape intelligent workflows and scalable enterprise architectures. Drive excellence in ServiceNow delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence and empower clients to work smarter, faster, and better
• Leverage the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
• Guide talented engineers and developers; foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning
• Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, other partners, and clients to understand needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow architectures
• Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules; build intellectual property
• Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance, ensuring quality, security, and performance
• Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events
• Help organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/“SNUGs” to share knowledge and achievements

Requirements

• 12+ years experience delivering complex ServiceNow projects across multiple domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices
• Effective communication; lead with influence; enjoy mentoring and growing talent
• Creative problem-solver mindset
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) — desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
