Description

You will actively develop sales in Slovakia by identifying new opportunities and managing the full sales cycle—from first contact and product presentation to closing partnerships. You will work directly with doctors and clinic owners, help ensure a smooth transition for new clients with the team, understand the needs of dental practices and clinics, and communicate how the solution can help.

Responsibilities

  • Actively develop sales and search for new business opportunities in Slovakia

  • Hold sales discussions with doctors, clinic owners, and business partners

  • Run the complete sales process from first contact to partnership agreement

  • Support clients at the start of cooperation and coordinate a smooth transition with the team

  • Understand clinic and practice needs and communicate how the solution helps

  • Build long-term customer relationships

  • Provide feedback from the market

  • Represent the product at specialist conferences and dental events

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and active customer acquisition

  • Ability to listen, ask the right questions, and understand customer needs

  • Independent, reliable, and results-driven (able to follow through)

  • Enjoys sales and wants to see clear, measurable outcomes

  • Advantage: B2B sales experience

  • Advantage: knowledge of healthcare, SaaS, or technology products

  • Key: sales talent, correct approach, and willingness to take responsibility for results

  • Fixed salary of 2,000–2,500 EUR (based on experience) plus commission; no upper limit, typical total gross monthly compensation 5,000–7,000 EUR for successful sellers
