Description

You will drive business partnerships end-to-end—opening conversations, negotiating commercial terms, and closing signed agreements. After signing, you will keep developing the partnership by monitoring sales performance and identifying growth opportunities. The role emphasizes organized deal management, accurate data/contract handling, and coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Actively reach and engage potential partners from prepared lists
  • Set up and run partner meetings and present partnership opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, exclusivity, and other commercial conditions
  • Manage each deal from first contact through signed contract
  • Track deal status and next steps for multiple ongoing negotiations
  • Provide ongoing partner care: regular communication and relationship development
  • Monitor sales, revenue, margin, and partnership potential
  • Identify opportunities to expand or adjust products and partnership terms
  • Resolve issues early and protect agreed contract and commercial terms
  • Keep information and data up to date and share key updates with internal teams
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Customer Care, and Leadership

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, partner management, or key account management
  • Ability to prospect actively (phone, meetings, visits) and reach the right decision-makers
  • Experience managing the full sales process from outreach to signed contract
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial drive
  • Ability to treat contract signing as the start of a long-term partnership
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of partners and grow business potential over time
  • Strong numerical thinking (turnover, margins, potential, overall value)
  • Process-minded and systematic approach; strong deal/contract/data discipline
  • Ability to work independently and communicate well with the team
