Description

You will provide support for internal, domain-specific applications on a national and international scale. You handle incidents in German and English through the IT service management system (ITSM), perform error analysis and remediation, and support application release testing including accreditation-relevant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide national/international support for domain-specific in-house applications

• Process incidents in German and English in the ITSM system

• Conduct error analysis and fixes to restore customer usability

• Support customers with application release tests and perform accreditation-relevant documentation

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable qualification

• Experience in client support

• Solid SQL and database knowledge

• Familiarity with ITIL support processes

• Experience analyzing problems with cross-functional stakeholders and creating/implementing solution concepts

• Strong communication skills, people skills, and teamwork
