Description

Maintain, administer, and develop business applications running in a high-availability environment. Handle incidents and user requests, monitor system and integration operations, and test fixes and new features. Participate in development projects and keep operational documentation up to date, following ITSM/ITIL processes.

Requirements

• Higher education
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar application support/maintenance area
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes
• Experience with Service Desk tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) or similar
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Power BI
• Basic knowledge of web application architecture, APIs, and system integration principles
• Knowledge of user access, roles, and permissions
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and external vendors
• Ability to prepare instructions, procedures, and documentation
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge and information protection principles
• Analytical thinking and ability to diagnose problem causes independently
• Basic knowledge of license management and system documentation
• Good self-organization and ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
