Description

You support security and IT security responsibilities for national and international security topics. You assist with operating IT security systems (e.g., access control and visitor management), evolve national and international IT procedures through policies and standards, and support implementation of legal and regulatory requirements and technical/organizational security concepts. You conduct risk and gap analyses, contribute to internal and external audits, and collaborate closely with IT, authorities, internal partners, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support security and IT security stakeholders on national and international security topics
• Assist in operating IT security systems (e.g., access control and visitor management)
• Further develop policies and standards for national and international IT procedures
• Support implementation of legal and regulatory requirements and technical and organizational security concepts
• Perform risk and gap analyses and derive recommendations for action
• Participate in internal and external audits and provide relevant information
• Work closely with adjacent security areas, IT, authorities, internal partners, and customers

Requirements

• Completed IT-focused training or degree or comparable qualification
• Basic knowledge of networks and operating systems
• Basic knowledge of MSSQL and Docker
• Basic understanding of application operations
• Basic understanding of Enterprise Service Management
• First practical experience in a regulated environment or information security management (advantage)
• First knowledge of IT project management (advantage)
• Experience with information security standards such as ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, or NIS2 (preferred)
• Independent, reliable, and cooperative working style
• Very good German and English in speaking and writing
• Flexibility and moderate willingness to travel
