Support and implement IT solutions for a major global customer, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with worldwide software rollout. You will analyze and resolve user technical and functional requests, use SQL for diagnostics and data-related issue resolution, and participate in international go-live phases. Close collaboration with the customer’s international team is central to the role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve technical and functional user requests

• Use SQL to diagnose and resolve data-related issues

• Participate in go-live phases at international client locations

• Collaborate closely with the customer’s international team

Requirements

• Experience with IT or application support

• Logical problem-solving skills to identify root causes

• Excellent English (written and spoken)

• SQL knowledge (writing queries and data manipulation) is a significant advantage

• Clear customer communication and strong ownership mindset

• Flexibility for occasional international business trips during product deployments

• Occasional participation in on-call duties
