Description

You will own end-to-end product discovery, prioritization, and delivery across your product streams. You translate qualitative creator insights into bold decisions, write clear specs and tickets that go into development without rework, and manage technical dependencies. You use AI tools (e.g., Claude or ChatGPT) to accelerate discovery, spec writing, and prioritization—while critically validating outputs and spotting hallucinations or weak assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery for product streams end-to-end

• Turn creator insights and strong signals into confident decisions—without analysis paralysis

• Write development-ready specs and tickets

• Identify when processes or sprint rituals block fast problem solving and remove them pragmatically with the team

• Bring in external inputs and integrate them pragmatically

• Maintain visibility over technical dependencies

Requirements

• 4–6 years experience as PO or PM in a digital product environment with proven execution quality

• Ability to quickly build understanding of platform logic, creator mindset, and economic relationships

• Strong UX judgment and aesthetic sense; ability to justify design decisions from a creator perspective

• Economic and psychological intuition around monetization, user behavior, and income psychology

• Fluent German; working proficiency in English

• Ability to use AI tools for discovery, spec writing, and prioritization with critical evaluation (detect hallucinations and weak assumptions)

• Experience with creator/freelancer platforms, subscription flows, or content monetization; ideally in regulatory-complex environments, or experience in prompt engineering and building AI-supported workflows
