Senior Project Manager (IoT projects)

Senior • Remote

204,000 - 276,000 PLN/yr

Warsaw, Poland

In short

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the PM team and lead mobile and web projects for IoT, wearables, and connected devices. You’ll be the single point of contact for US-based clients and the person holding a cross-functional team together day to day. This is a B2B contract role with a monthly salary and benefits.

What you’ll do

  • Be the single point of contact for US-based clients: communicate, build alignment, and negotiate when needed.
  • Manage web and mobile projects end to end: discovery, scoping, launch, and post-launch work.
  • Lead a cross-functional squad of designers, developers, QA specialists, and other PMs.
  • Run Scrum ceremonies; plan sprints; manage backlogs, timelines, budgets, and project health.
  • Co-create product vision with clients, including features, MVP strategy, and delivery approach.
  • Lead staffing and resource planning with other chapters.
  • Improve ways of working within the squad and across the organization.
  • Use AI tools as part of the daily workflow.

How we work

Fully remote, with optional access to a pet-friendly Warsaw office and a Gdansk coworking space. Working hours are flexible; most meetings take place between 10:00 and 18:00 CET. Planned evening calls with US-based clients, typically between 16:00 and 20:00 CET, occur around 2–3 times per week.

You’ll be part of a PM chapter for knowledge sharing while leading your own project squad day to day.

What you’ll get

  • 17,000–23,000 PLN/month net on a B2B contract, depending on experience.
  • 26 days of paid leave.
  • 10 days of paid sick leave.
  • Saltus medical care.
  • Self-development budget: 2,000 PLN or 500 USD per year.
  • Flexible hours.
  • Fully remote work, with optional Warsaw office and Gdansk coworking space.
  • Necessary equipment.
  • Internal knowledge sharing, including tech talks, team sessions, library, and conference budgets.

Your first months

You’ll have time to ramp up before owning a full project, while working with real tasks and deadlines. You’ll be paired with a buddy, meet the team, and receive guidance from the team and leadership. Monthly HR check-ins, feedback after month two, and a review after month three are included.

Recruitment process

The entire process is in English. Interviews are recorded for internal evaluation purposes.

  • Application with screening questions.
  • HR call, approximately 45 minutes.
  • Short take-home task, approximately 60 minutes.
  • Technical meeting, approximately 90 minutes, with the Head of PM and COO.
  • Final feedback within a few days.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in a software house or digital agency.
  • Hands-on experience delivering custom software projects from scratch to release.
  • Previous experience in IoT, wearables, or connected-device projects.
  • Comfort with hardware-meets-software trade-offs, including firmware delays, OTA, and certifications.
  • Solid Agile foundations, especially Scrum.
  • Ability to step into a Scrum Master or Product Owner role when needed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • English at C1+ level, written and spoken, for communication with US-based clients.
  • Creativity, strong communication skills, and genuine interest in technology.
  • Openness, ownership, and continuous learning.

Nice to have

  • Experience with US-based clients and their delivery expectations.
  • Curiosity about the devices the team is building, beyond project timelines.
