Description

Own the product strategy and execution for AI and automation platforms, turning bold ideas into impactful, measurable products. You’ll identify opportunities to simplify and automate complex workflows and partner with engineering, data science, and design to deliver innovative solutions. You’ll also build experimentation frameworks and success metrics while monitoring adoption, business performance, and customer outcomes.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends

• Drive product discovery and customer research activities

• Ensure solutions align with business goals, customer needs, and operational requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required

• 7+ years of Product Management experience

• Experience delivering technology products involving AI, automation, analytics, or workflow optimization

• Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities

• Experience managing technology products involving automation, workflows, analytics, or intelligent systems

• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives

• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Estimated annual base salary range upon hire: $157,800.00–$238,275.00 (final salary depends on experience, job-related skills, and location)
