Description

You will drive 0-to-1 growth and product-market fit for AI Connect infrastructure and networking, scaling adoption across a broad ecosystem including hyperscalers, GPU cloud providers, data center developers/operators, colocation providers, and OEMs.

You will define the growth roadmap, analyze market and infrastructure signals, and build scalable commercial frameworks and pricing models for fiber, optical services, and AI-ready facility partnerships.

You will partner with product, network engineering, finance, and legal to ensure initiatives are both commercially sound and technically deliverable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of work experience

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in technology and/or telecommunications

  • Demonstrated understanding of the AI infrastructure market (fiber networks, optical services, data centers, colocation, interconnection)

  • Experience originating, structuring, negotiating, and closing large, complex, multi-year commercial or partnership agreements

  • Experience with business models and/or business cases for infrastructure or connectivity services

  • Experience with B2B partnerships, enterprise sales, or corporate development

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Lead 0-to-1 growth lifecycle aligned to AI Connect revenue objectives

  • Conduct data-driven market analysis (data center pipelines, power availability, GPU deployment trends, fiber route economics, interconnection dynamics)

  • Define and manage ecosystem product roadmap and identify product white space

  • Develop scalable commercial models and pricing constructs (e.g., Wavelength Services 10G/100G/400G+, interconnection, programmable fabric, AI-ready facilities)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Network Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Sales

  • Communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders and external partners

  • Establish and track KPIs (pipeline value, signed contract value, revenue conversion, partner health)

  • Stay current on emerging AI infrastructure trends and technology requirements (east-west and north-south traffic)
