Description

You will lead and elevate product design quality for high-spender, high-stakes customer experiences. You’ll combine craft expertise with strategic thinking to co-create innovative solutions, drive product strategy, and mentor designers. The role emphasizes human-centered methodologies, cross-functional alignment, and delivering complex solutions using design artifacts and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Apply interaction, visual, and service design expertise to raise the maturity of the design practice

• Oversee and optimize the use of tools, platforms, frameworks, and design systems

• Create/lead design artifacts such as vision stories, journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes

• Mentor and consult with others to mature the design discipline and improve team efficiency

• Shape product direction and outcomes using content design expertise, user insights, and business understanding

• Advocate for human-centered problem-solving using data and research insights

• Use knowledge of products, customers, competitors, and market trends to guide how Design engages

• Own the problem-solving approach (issue, impact, resolution) and balance competing priorities

• Collaborate across the organization to secure the right expertise and drive delivery

• Present work across levels and functions using design frameworks, data, and research to make complex topics accessible

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role

• At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma

• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership, process, results, and impact

• No sponsorship for new applicants for employment authorization for this position
