Description

Senior Product Designers own end-to-end UX work—from user research and concept development through prototyping and guiding implementation. You’ll frame product problems with cross-functional partners and translate real-world workplace complexity into clear experiences across web, mobile, and kiosk surfaces and integrations. You’ll also maintain the design system and use AI tools to accelerate prototyping and design-to-engineering collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design process: user research, concept development, prototyping, and guiding implementation
  • Gather problem context to inform and iterate on design solutions
  • Design and ship experiences across surfaces (web, mobile, kiosk) and integrations (e.g., Slack and Teams)
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency and scalability
  • Use AI tools to bridge design and engineering and accelerate prototyping and collaboration
  • Explore emerging AI capabilities to improve internal workflows and enhance end-user experiences
  • Nurture design practices and culture

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
  • Experience designing B2B SaaS products, including personas, pricing and packaging gates, and role-based access controls
  • Ability to conduct your own user research
  • Ability to turn complex real-world inputs into simple, intuitive design solutions
  • Experience working in an agile development environment with cross-functional collaboration
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping, research synthesis, or design-to-code workflows
  • Strong point of view on AI improving product experiences while balancing usability, clarity, and user trust
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to articulate decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of product design best practices
  • Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems
  • Expertise in design tools, including Figma
  • Passion for creating user-friendly, high-quality, visually appealing experiences that drive business impact
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design/HCI or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
