Description

Lead product discovery, prioritization, and the strategic product vision for an enterprise SaaS data platform used by the construction industry. Own tiered monetization and go-to-market execution, partnering with engineering and business teams to deliver differentiated, scalable capabilities. Help establish AI-forward product development and product management practices from market analysis through commercial launch.

Responsibilities

• Drive product discovery and prioritization using deep market analysis and direct engagement with construction enterprise executives

• Champion product vision and commercial strategy, executing tiered monetization models to accelerate revenue growth

• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering and global business teams to deliver enterprise-scale platform capabilities

• Act as an industry thought leader to elevate the platform’s credibility across the construction technology ecosystem

• Mentor product management talent and establish AI-driven practices across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

• 8–10 years of direct experience as a platform Product Manager delivering scalable SaaS products

• Strong commercial acumen in enterprise SaaS commercial models, go-to-market execution, and financial modeling

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally

• Effective collaboration across globally distributed teams
