Description

Lead end-to-end discovery, strategy, and delivery for client transformations into AI-agentic operating models. In small autonomous teams, you’ll run AI-first discovery workshops, validate ideas via rapid prototyping, and shape solution architecture with engineering while managing scope, timeline, and budget. You’ll communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and look for account growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery workshops to map and prioritize use-cases

• Validate ideas through rapid prototyping

• Shape solution architecture with engineering

• Assess feasibility vs business impact using ROI logic

• Define product roadmaps and development scopes

• Own the client relationship end-to-end as the primary point of contact

• Translate technical trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders

• Manage scope, timeline, and budget without breaking the relationship

• Identify growth opportunities within the account to improve retention

Requirements

• Fluent English and Native Slovak or Czech

• Ability to discuss system architecture, estimates, and data models with engineers

• Experience owning real software projects with budgets and deadlines

• High-agency approach to improving processes and taking initiative

• Commercial mindset focused on delivering tangible client value

• Structured communication and ability to facilitate complex product workshops (Pyramid Principle)

• Direct client-facing ownership of outcomes
