Description

Drive territory performance through trusted customer relationships, clinically relevant product education, and execution of a strategic territory business plan. Partner with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to support appropriate patient access and education in a complex specialty environment. Ensure activities are conducted with integrity and in line with compliance and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals

• Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders

• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of therapies

• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory

• Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving guidelines

• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other teams to support customers and patients

• Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations in a complex specialty market

• Operate with integrity and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field preferred

• Proven success in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/specialty sales or related pharmaceutical/healthcare experience

• Strong clinical acumen; ability to understand and communicate complex scientific information

• Demonstrated success in a complex selling environment within a matrixed organization

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

• Experience in dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or another complex specialty market is strongly preferred

Benefits

• Pay range: USD $140,000.00 - USD $230,000.00 per year
