• Setting: On-site within Life Time facilities (30-minute, 1:1 patient visits)
• Compensation: $80,000–$105,000 base salary; eligible for monthly incentives with total potential $150,000+ per year

Description

Provide chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercise programs tailored to each patient. Drive patient acquisition through marketing and outreach to fitness floor members, and present personalized treatment and financial care plans. Use LifeClinic’s proven processes to deliver results and maintain high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient
• Design and guide rehab exercise programs; monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and maintain long-term relationships via consistent follow-up
• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery

Requirements

• Strong clinical knowledge of spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with commitment to high-quality, empathetic patient experience
• Excited about base + performance-based pay
• Committed to working 50+ hours/week and Saturday mornings while building client base (usually ~6 months)
• Committed to marketing (e.g., demos of soft tissue technique)
